Fulfilment confirmation email no Tax and TOTAL amount

In Sales Order confirmation from webstore, it has

$244.55 $489.09 $48.91 $538.00 GST $48.91 Total $538.00

but in Order fulfilment, it only has
$244.55 $489.09   ( Without the GST and Tax ).
It is confusing our customers and they think they have a discount.

How to get the GST and TAX amount onto the Order Fulfilment email?
