Packages/Box Dimensions Not Working

Does the new 2009.2 version no longer automatically figure the number of boxes, dimensions, weights for a fulfillment?  We use UPS integration and it used to be one click to fulfill an order, now we have to manually enter each box.  We're a wholesaler so we can sometimes ship 20 or more boxes for one fulfillment.  Manually entering each box has really reduced our productivity.  I'm hoping that I'm just missing something and that this feature has not been removed from the new version.
