To be Assembled for customer or not ! ?

Not sure if this is in the correct category.

We sell used and pre-owned furniture and sometimes we buy excess inventory, which is New in box merchandise.

Our customers always buy as is, which means we give it to them in a box, if that is how we get it.

We would like to tell our warehouse whether or not it needs to be assembled. Our warehouse already gets an automatic email when a delivery is made.

We make our sales via Cash sale and Invoice.
