Just want to track real vs amount billed to customer!

Hi there,

We charge our customers a shipping charge as quoted on the estimate. Sometimes the shipping charge is not what we bill the customers. Does anyone know the simplest way to track this?? we would like the shipping manager to input the actual cost of shipping and compare to what is billed from the sales order. For some reason, this is not as simple as I thought it would be!
