Packing slips customisation or option?

edited Nov 25, 2019 10:47AM in Accounting / ERP 2 comments

Some customers are ship complete and others are not. Those that are not will often place orders for multiple items say 8 or 10, lets say 10 in this example.

When we pick the order we pick 7 out of the 10 items. When the three remaining items arrive in stock we produce a picking list which will show only those three lines. However when we fulfil the order it will produce the packing slip and the packing slip will show all the original items and the quantity shipped as 0, and the 3 remaining items and the quantity shipped.

Is is possible that he packing slip could show only those items actually shipped and not all the items on the original order that the customer has already received?

Howdy, Stranger!
