Displaying Company Name on FedEX PNG Label

we recently added FedEx to our system and when we print FedEx labels, (PNG) the "From" does not display our company name.  It prints "null null". then our "location" name.

I went back into the FedEx registration and it appears that the correct information is listed.
1) company name
2) Address
3) phone #
etc.

Any ideas on how to correct this would be appreciated.
