FedEx Letter - Possible in NetSuite?

Has anybody had any experience using the FedEx integration in NetSuite to ship using the standard FedEx Letter package?

We love have the tracking/history right on the customer record for actual product shipments, and are thinking about tracking letters sent via FedEx the same way. However, I don't see any way of indicating that the package type is letter versus a parcel. Anyone have any tips?
