Discounts Ignored for COD Amount Due and Free Shipping Amount
Is anyone frustrated with NS failing to calculate order amounts correctly for the purposes COD Amount Due and determining free shipping threshold?
It is a major design flaw! Discounts are ignored for calclating the COD amount due on fullfillements. NS does not consider the discount for this purpose.
If you are running a 40% off promo, the customer orders a $1000 worth of merchandise and is entilted to a 40% off discount. However, NS ignores the discount and passes the full $1000 to the COD Amount Due field. Customers really love this one. They expect a $600 order and have UPS demanding a $1000 for the package.
