getting tracking number on fulfillment emails
We currently have UPS tracking numbers (and a link to the UPS website) showing up successfully on fulfillment emails generated from orders entered by us internally, but it appears not to be working for any other shipping method, despite the fact that we do have tracking through Endicia.
The email generated for web order fulfillments is completely different than for internally generated orders, and we have NEVER been able to get any tracking information on it, despite efforts to customize header and footer text.
Does anyone have any insight into this? There is a thread that seems to deal with this
