Volume and Accuracy with Netsuite

We are a new Netsuite user, and we are having a hard time working through the fulfillment process.

I would like to know how scalable and efficient we can expect Netsuite to be.  What are the highest volumes of orders that companies are using Netsuite to fulfill?  Are you able to effectively do a pick-verify?  Are you able to get to 99%+ accuracy levels?

Any tips, tricks, etc?
