Help please - Columns not printing on Packslips or Picking slips

Hi,

Can anyone help please. When we fulfill an order, none of the columns or the column border print on packslips. All I get is the header etc. I never had this problem before and nothing has been changed at all.

My only thought is that the orders I am trying to print these for consist of 'drop ship' items. Does NS think that because they are designated as drop ship we couldn't possibly want to print a packslip/delivery note? If so, when did this start since we used to be able to print them.

Any help would be appreciated.
