Process Individual Order

We need to use the Process Individual Order option under the Shipping tab in our Warehouse at our packing stations.  However, if you process a sales order from this area the Save and Bill button only saves the order.  After pressing the Save and Bill button the user is taken back to an area where you select Process Individual Order, so you would not know the billing did not take place.  We opened case 1125834 and were told we are the only customer experiencing this issue and they do not understand why we would need this function to work properly
