Will you share your webservices fulfillment code with a non profit?

We are in the process of outsourcing our fulfillment and I did not understand that in order to set up an XML process to get orders in and fulfillment out, that I would probably need to use webservices.   If any of you have a solution, I have the resources to adapt it to our needs as I have a volunteer that can help with that, but none of us know how to do the code from scratch.
