Endicia Problems

Does anyone else use Endicia? We have Endicia Premium, and we use Ozlink to communicate info from NS to our Endicia account. Since Friday, Endicia has been EXTREMELY slow. Normally when we submit the address from NS to Endicia it only takes a few seconds for the customer info to populate within Endicia. Right now it is probably taking the better part of 30 to 45 seconds. Is anyone else having similar problems? Anybody have any ideas on what we can check?
