Did something happen to FedEX Ground in 2010.1?

Folks,

A few days ago, perhaps when we were upgraded to 2010.1, FedEX Ground real-time rates started error-ing if the residential address check-box was selected when entering orders in the back-end. Also, online customers whose address was set to be residential were only able to ship FedEX Express - the FedEX Ground real-time shipping item stopped returning a result and was therefore not displayed to them as an option.

Sales tanked. Most of our customers want cheap (ground) shipping.

My working theory is that the FedEX Ground real-time rate shipping item got 'fixed' and told to stop returning results for addresses that were marked residential. Has anyone else seen this? We haven't even offered a FedEX Home shipping item to our online customers until now, but it seems we will need to now??
