Endicia USPS label missing weight and price

We regularly have problems when dropping off our USPS packages at the post office because the Endicia label does not have the weight of the package or the amount of postage paid printed on it so they cannot verify that we paid enough.
Is there a way to print this information on the label so that we don't have these problems anymore?
