Integrated Shipping Support?

Hello fellow NetSuiters,

We use integrated shipping and our preferred carrier is UPS.

From time to time we have shipping problems that need technical support, but Netsuite Support always tell me to speak to UPS Customer Services, and UPS Customer Services have never heard of NetSuite.

HOW DO I GET SUPPORT?

I pay both NetSuite and UPS substantial sums of money and I want answers.
