Prevent over fulfilling items where items is not in Sales Order

When scanning item fulfillments, Netsuite will allow us to over fulfill & under fulfill line items that is not in previous Sales Order without any error prompts.
Is there a way to prevent this?

Can a warning to be displayed with quantity on fulfilment does not match the sales order but it should not block fulfillment.
