Drop Ship FulFillment Packing Slip Error

I do not remember this NOT working in the past. But we now have the problem that when we create a Fulfillment from a Drop Ship Purchase Order. The packing slip prints with no line items on it.

Packing Slips printed from Fulfillment from our locations work fine. However, if we create a drop ship purchase order and then mark it as shipped and create the fulfillment the items that are listed in the fulfillment do not show up on the packing slip in either hml or pdf versions of the slip.
