I can't get fedex commercial invoices to show up

Hi guys, maybe im missing something here, but for some reason i cannot get the Fedex commercial invoices to show up! I've integrated my fedex account into netsuite and i can print fedex labels, but for some reason when i go to Print Cheques and Forms > Fedex Commercial Invoices, it's always blank.

What else am i required to do?
