Pulling Reference Info from netsuite to Fedex

We notice that once we ship an order through netsuite with our fedex integration we are not pulling any of the information from the actual order onto the shipping label.  There is a spot on the label that says reference #, invoice #, etc but nothing pulls from it.  Does anyone know why this is?
