FedEx Integration Requires Resubmitting Registration Info
I just finished working through a weird issue with NetSuite support and want to share it with all y'all so you don't get bitten like I did. I got an error message with FedEx 2-day when shipping 5 packages under one fulfillment: "The selected FedEx service allows only one package per fulfillment. If more than one package is required, please break up the shipment into multiple fulfillments of one package each." This is a bogus error because it is actually allowed.
It took support a while to figure it out, but they said the problem stemmed from NetSuite switching to the new FedEx API interface
