Handling table - by %?

For some countries, we need to adjust the percentage of the handling charge based upon the order value.

Looking at the options for the Handling Table - it seems to be only for fixed amounts. Does anyone know whether it's possible to get the Handling Table to work with percentages?


So £0 - £1,000 = 0%, £1000+ = 30%
