FedEx Integration in sandbox?

Has anyone been able to get the fedex integration working in a sandbox environment?  I'm trying to test out some shipping label integration without fulfilling live orders in production, but I keep getting an error when I use our FedEx account that we use in production: Authentication Failed.

I've signed up for a developer test account at FedEx.com, but every time I try to add this FedEx account in NS, I get the following error: Shipping address provided does not match our records.  Has anyone run into this before?
