Fulfillment Emails

We have NS set up to send thank you Emails out when orders are fulfilled.  However, it is pulling a specific rep's email to use as the return email and not our standard company email.  I know i just need to go in somewhere and change this...but where?  Where is it pulling the return (FROM:) Email adress from?
