FedEx Ship Alert doesn't work
We ship 90% of our orders via FedEx. We've been using the FedEx Ship alert checkbox/email field and assuming customers have been getting tracking straight from FedEx, but this has apparently never happened. In testing with my own address, I've never gotten a single email from FedEx for any of the orders we've sent the last week. Is there another piece to this puzzle that needs to be setup?
