update fulfillment email

anyone know the spot where i can change the fulfillment email? i think it moved a couple of updates ago. we are looking to change the verbiage from fulfilled to packs since our business process has us doing all the paperwork and sending that over to our 3pl to ship. our 3pl normally turns our orders in less than 6 hours so it isn't an issue, but sometimes they ship the following day, and it would save a few customer calls for them to not see "order fulfilled" in an email.
