Defect # 190616 - Shipping Item > Shipping and Handling Rules > “Ship Only To” set restriction is not working.

SUMMARY: Shipping Item > Shipping and Handling Rules > “Ship Only To” set restriction is not working.

WORKAROUND: None.

Your defect has been prioritized as an S3 - Issue.



In our case we are getting a lot of Canadian customers that are ordering and shipping using US postage rates but the exclusion rules on the rate are not working since the upgrade.  Posted here as a heads up to everyone.
