Carriage on drop ship purchase orders

I have won a new contract and all the items will be drop-shipped from my supplier to my customer's customer.  I have agreed a carriage charge on each purchase order of £4.  Is there anyway in which I can get this automatically added to the automatic po that is generated.  I have set the contract up as a separate department as I already have sales to this customer that do not go through this process route.
Any help appreciated
