One Handling Charge for Items with Quantity > 1
Does anyone know how to have the system enter only ONE Handling charge for an item regardless of the quantity ordered? I ship long, very lightweight items that require a heavy shipping tube. Customers often order 10 - 30 of that item. I want to add a one-time handling charge when that item is ordered, regardless of the quantity. When I use the standard Handling charge, they get charged mucho dollars extra, rather than a small incremental charge. My extra cost is the same for quantity 1 or quantity 300.
