FedEx Home Delivery

When we check the home delivert box for a signature to be required, there are 3 options (scheduled delivery, evening and delivery date).  Netsuite is not allowing us to choose any of those as a correct option.  Anyone know why? Is there a place in netsuite where i have to allow this type of shipment to happen?
