Incorrect Weight at Fulfillment

On the list of orders to fulfill the shipping weight is wrong. For example it shows a shipping weight at .39lbs for a .6 oz dvd and a .01 gram donation.

Why is the weight that far off?

Is there an option in setup for the weight to be that far off?
