Qty is committed to order we cannot locate

We have an item in our account that shows 179 On Hand. It is showing that 60 of this item are currently committed, however, we cannot locate any single order or multiple orders that have this item committed to them. I've run the reallocate report, inventory management report, nothing. We need to ship the 179 to a customer and it only lets us ship 119. Does anyone have any advice?
