Multi sku packing per shipping carton

Hi, I'm a NS newbie and went live April 1st.  Still dealing with packing issues.  Our old system would allow us to print a label with our Reference 1 field (similar to the Reference field on the Packages Tab during Fulfilment) printing on the packing list and flowing though to the UPS label.  This way, the warehouse packers knew which individual skus to pack in a master carton ( and would match the weights for that mixed carton that flowed from our old system to UPS Worldship).

NetSuite doesn't seem to have a nice way to deal with this and I was wondering what other companies with smaller inners were solving this.
