Fulfilment - department
I think I might be missing something simple.
We use departments for all sales which is compulsory on invoices. However, if we individually fulfil sales orders, we can add the department.
When we try to do bulk fulfilment, they fail saying choose department, but on bulk fulfilment there is no such option!
Our messy workaround is to turn off mandatory department on invoices, bulk fulfil and then do a csv upload to put the invoices into the correct department.
But surely I am just missing something simple somewhere?
