Different shipping cost using customer center role

There is an enhancement #134194 to correct this issue which has been on the books since 2007.

Where is Netsuite when an issue should not be listed as an enhancement -- but rather a [I]FIX!!![/I]

As business owners, none of us can afford to lose money knowingly. Netsuite has decided that rolling out new features is much more important than fixing the challenges they have already.

The work around -- they sent me was. 1st -- Let the customer place the order then go in and change the frt -- let them know that we are giving them false information on their order... and the frt costs will be more. 2nd to hire a developer to create a script -- and of course they do know if that will work either...  Here is their exact wording: You can explore the possibility of using a script to assign the location for orders that come in via customer center. For this, you need to work with your developer
