Item Fulfillment Ref. No. Not Addressable?

I am trying to customize our packing slip to include the Item Fulfillment Ref. No. in addition to the "Created From" Sales Order Number.  There does not appear to be any way to reference this number. 

The Item Fulfillment form suggests the field ID is "tranid" but this does not appear to be true.  <NLTRANID> returns the Created From Sales Order number, not the Item Fulfillment number. 

Does anyone have any ideas about this?
