Fulfillmnt Items not appear for item type = Service for Resale

In the Item Fulfillment, all the items (with Item Type = Service for resale) and those items are not appear in the Printout of Delivery Order. Why is that so ? How can we enable those items to show in the Delivery Order PDF printout? Please advise. Thank you.
