eBay - Default Address Selected instead of New

Morning!

A few of our eBay customers have previously ordered from our site.
and their address is set as the default shipping address. The problem we have is, these customer then order from eBay and want it delivering to another address however because their old address is set up as default our items have gone to the wrong address.

Is there anyway of changing this on Netsuite for any customer automatically?
