Inventory Received Not Billed

When an inventory item is received, the inventory is recorded on the Balance Sheet as a debit and the corresponding credit is recorded as "Inventory Received Not Billed".

Is there a report that shows all of the Item Receipts that have not been "billed".

Is this "Inventory Received Not Billed" account similar to an unvouchered accounts payable account?
