USPS & UPS Real-time rates w/ multiple dropshipping vendors?

Is this possible? Last time I checked we were limited to only UPS.

We are utilizing the location workaround so that UPS calculates somewhat accurate rates for orders that have items shipping from more than one drop shipping vendor (based on each vendor address to the customer as separate shipments).

Before I sign up for Endicia I would like to confirm this is going to work OK for us.
