Picking Slip Queue Shows Packed Orders

I use Pick,Pack,Ship.  I print a Pick ticket, pick the items and fulfill a Sales Order and mark the fulfillment Packed.  Then the order returns to the Picking Ticket queue to be picked again.  How do I prevent this?
