NetSuite Calculating Wrong Shipping Cost

We have an order that has hundreds of items on it and each one is set at .5 lbs or 3 lbs.  When the order was created and and marked ship via fedex ground it calculated a large dollar amount and this notification pulled up:

(If an individual package for this order weighs over 150 lbs it must be shipped using fedex freight) 

How do the items need to be set up so that it will calculate the correct fedex ground shipping?
