Paperwork to Freight Forwarder?

We've been on NS OneWorld for almost three weeks now.  Wow, what an improvement over our old Macola ERP system.

We're using the functionality out of NS to print commercial invoices/international paperwork when we ship to an international address.  Some of our international customers was us to ship to a US freight forwarder.  Therefore, when shipping to an international customer that gives a domestic address for a freight forwarder, do you provide international paperwork such as commercial invoice or leave it to the freight forwarder to provide that information?  Why?

If you still provide the information, what did you do to get NS to output the paperwork?
