Drop ship PO's and custom messages

Hello fellow NS'ers!

I have a request from our controller on adding an additional field on the PO specific to drop ship items from a specific vendor.

I would like to add a field with specific shipping instructions a small range of items. I have been able to add the existing shipping info into the PO but i need specific info added to 5 separate items.

Any help is welcome!
