Setting up FedEx 2Day AM Delivery

I am having a problem setting up Fedex 2Day AM delivery.  It doesn't seem to be an option in there.  Does anyone use this ship rate/method and if so how did you get it set up so that netsuite creates a shipping label and calculates the rate on the sales order?
