Who's responsible for Custom's paperwork?
Here's the scenario:
I ship an order to a customer via UPS-Ground. The customer then drives it across the border and Custom's is requiring paperwork on the items. Who's responsible for creating the paperwork? I believe the customer is responsible. However they aren't going to know how to fill out the paperwork so they will then have to call us and request it.
When I ship internationally, I create the paperwork. But in this scenario, I'm shipping UPS-Ground to a customer.
I appreciate any insight.
