Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Transfer Orders - "Units"
I set up all of our items to have their "STOCK UNIT" equal to the number of units that come in 1 case to make it easier for our warehouse staff to pick orders. This way, when we print a picking ticket, it will just show how many cases are to be picked for each item. Note that we only ship in full cases.
If SGL units showed up on our picking tickets, then staff would have to know how many SGL units come in a case for them to fulfil an order and our item list is too long to memorize this information.
