Shipping Item - Handling Rules
Hello,
I have set-up shipping items under Lists \ Accounting \ Shipping Items. This is by "Shipping Table" with shipping charges based on the total order value.
We would like to have a handling charge (Handling --Flate Rate) of $50.00 applied to any invoice that is under $200.00, by setting the "Free if total order is over $200).
When I test this, Netsuite applies the handling charge for orders under $200.00. When the order goes over $200.00, Netsuite doesn't charge shipping at all.
Is there a way I can charge a handling fee for orders under $200 and not for orders over $200, but still charge freight?
Regards
Warwick
