Bulk Billing very Slow

For the past 2 weeks we have noticed that our bulk billing process is  taking an exceptionally long time. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.  It is happening with both credit card cash sales and terms customer invoices.

We have already opened a case with support 1461599.
